📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car and home insurance needs • Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry.ai app • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide feedback to improve the product and see suggestions through to shipment • Collaborate with the Customer Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employees • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must provide a valid P&C license status • Full-time employment
