📋 Description

• Provide customer care for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance customers • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for policies and policyholders requesting changes • Learn the insurance product and match customers with suitable insurance companies and coverage • Identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Solve problems to remove barriers to appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the app and services

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible location • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada as applicable • Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required • P&C insurance license is beneficial; Jerry.ai pays for the license if needed
