📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal changes • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry app • Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as part of a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for hourly employment • A valid P&C license is asked about in the application; the company pays for the license if the candidate does not have one
