📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional, consultative insurance sales experiences • Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Educate customers about savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear, understandable choices • Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind insurance coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns empathetically • Share customer feedback with the product team • Help improve Jerry’s app and insurance service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Passion for helping people • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail • Expected to obtain a P&C license within 2 weeks after starting • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license application question included in the application
