📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and select an appropriate policy • Listen to customer concerns and solve problems • Help customers finalize new insurance policies • Provide a welcoming, high-quality customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service background, including experience in environments such as Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco • Customer-service-oriented and able to provide exceptional hospitality • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment and handle multiple tasks • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for the applicable employment category • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have or obtain applicable P&C insurance licensing; the posting states training and exam costs are covered
