📋 Description

• Serve as the analytical function for an embedded business unit across growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Define the business questions and decisions that analyses should address • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps • Drive initiatives and execution end-to-end • Push forward important initiatives across product, growth, technology, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
