📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day management of administration and operational tasks under the STINGRAI Program Manager • Manage internal business processes across functional departments • Assist with project coordination, logistics, recruiting, and procurement of resources • Serve as primary interface with corporate accounting, legal, and HR • Oversee financials, RIPs, TARs, invoicing, subcontractor management, and the STINGRAI Portal • Coordinate across the task order with internal and external stakeholders • Lead communications across multiple internal business areas • Manage program administrative and financial activities, including financial reporting and control, contracts, subcontractors, security, SOPs, templates, process improvement, and portal content • Develop and disseminate templates to standardize TDL setup and execution • Coordinate with the Program Support Office to provide subcontractor onboarding training and support compliance with AAS policies • Liaise on mission-driven enhancements to STINGRAI portals and knowledge repositories • Manage functional matrixed support with direction, oversight, accountability, and escalation • Direct activities and manage performance of PSO matrixed personnel, ensuring quality and on-time delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's degree in related field; or 6 years relevant progressive experience with Master's degree in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience • At least 4 years’ experience associated with an AAS Defense multi-tenant government contract • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • PMP certification preferred • Experience supporting intelligence community or DoD programs beyond AAS environments preferred • Familiarity with financial management systems, government invoicing, and subcontractor oversight preferred • Experience developing or implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) preferred • Proficiency with data analysis tools, dashboards, or workflow platforms such as SharePoint and Power BI preferred • Demonstrated experience leading matrixed teams in a distributed or remote environment preferred • Prior experience supporting multi-tenant or enterprise-level technical programs preferred • Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred • Experience coordinating with security offices or managing clearance workflows preferred • Strong understanding of government contracting, including FAR/DFARS principles preferred
