📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, hypotheses, metrics, and decision frameworks • Build reports and run analyses • Design experiments and surface insights that improve key metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening and why, and recommend next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
