📋 Description

• Own the AI agents and automation system • Shape the agentic/conversational front end, including chatbot, voicebot, and computer-use agents • Guide prompt engineering priorities and maintain scalable architecture • Build backend workflow automations for document validation, record disputes, and transaction orchestration with external carrier systems • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including voicebots and computer-use agents • Decide which technologies to invest in next • Build and ship AI products to production • Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation • Lead development of the next-generation AI system for automated insurance quoting and complex transactions • Support Jerry.ai's expansion beyond car insurance into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat insurance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years owning product strategy and execution for a technical product • Ideally experience at an early-stage startup • Hands-on collaboration with engineering and ability to make technical tradeoff decisions • Ability to choose between valid technical approaches based on business impact • Ability to reason about why one architecture or approach is superior to another • Experience putting LLM-based systems into production • Experience with evaluations, regressions, latency, cost, and failure-handling for LLM systems • Experience with TypeScript, Nest.js, React, GraphQL, AWS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Full-time salaried employment
