📋 Description

• Manage AI Platform technical products, focusing on customer enablement, feedback loops, developer/user evangelism, go-to-market, and product strategy • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers on product vision and scope • Define and drive customer value messaging • Create and deliver enablement content • Close the product feedback loop with users • Develop and define product strategy • Align multiple initiatives with overall portfolio strategy • Coach and mentor junior team members through direct management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field • 10+ years of experience in software product management • Demonstrated success building large-scale consumer-facing products • Previous experience in agile product development helpful • Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills • Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills • General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills • Ability to prioritize work based on deadlines and team goals • Innovative problem-solving and issue-identification skills • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior management, business units, external advisors, and constituents • Strong conflict-resolution and mediation skills • Advanced communication and stakeholder-influencing skills • Ability to define product strategy and connect initiatives to portfolio strategy • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members through direct management • Hands-on development experience with data systems and Gen AI tools, including code development and design tools, generative AI models, and APIs • Understanding of the current AI solutions market • Experience as an outbound product manager or developer evangelist
