📋 Description

• Lead Jerry.ai’s customer-facing Agentic AI product using LLMs, agents, and internal APIs • Integrate Jerry.ai services directly into the ChatGPT App in partnership with OpenAI • Learn and improve the prompt engineering workflow by writing and updating prompts • Understand interactions among Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit • Identify platform bottlenecks and own the AI platform strategy • Define and execute migration of prompts from six locations onto a unified platform • Align engineering, data, operations, and other teams on the consolidation plan • Own the technical chatbot prioritization queue and keep execution coordinated • Monitor voicebot and computer-use technologies and determine when to invest • Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store • Influence AI investment decisions and architectural direction • Report directly to the COO

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs • Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products • Deep interest and practical experience with AI, including building custom workflows • Comfort with API design and system architecture • Familiarity with SQL and ability to use data to answer questions and validate hypotheses • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards • Ability to work as a full-time salaried employee while residing in an eligible location • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
