📋 Description

• Join the central Data Science & Analytics team and embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business problems, questions, and decisions that analyses should address • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key team metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
