📋 Description

• Own the AI platform strategy and architectural decisions for its future state • Keep the current AI platform running while driving platform evolution • Learn and improve prompt engineering workflows by writing and updating prompts • Understand interactions among Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit • Identify platform bottlenecks • Define and execute prompt consolidation from six locations onto a unified platform • Sequence migration work and align engineering, data, operations, and other teams • Own the technical chatbot prioritization queue and coordinate execution • Monitor voicebot and computer-use technologies and recommend investment decisions • Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store • Report directly to the COO • Lead the customer-facing Agentic AI product using LLMs, agents, and internal APIs • Integrate Jerry.ai services into the ChatGPT App and pioneer new model capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup • Passion and curiosity for AI systems including modern LLMs • Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products • Familiarity with SQL • Comfort with API design and system architecture • Experience or interest in prompt engineering and custom AI workflows • Ability to work full-time as a salaried employee • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
