📋 Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for small business clients • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing support with accounting, payroll, and basic software questions • Deliver exceptional service with a focus on timely responses and dependable follow-through • Maintain accurate practice management reports and handle sensitive business matters confidentially • Work closely with teams in IT, payroll, tax, and consulting to provide seamless support

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred—but not required if you bring the skills and drive • 1–3 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role is a plus • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (especially QuickBooks Online) • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) • Clear, professional written and verbal communication is a must
