JHU EEHPC is the Energy Efficient High Performance Computing Lab at Johns Hopkins University, led by Tinoosh Mohsenin. The lab focuses on designing medical, health, and wearable devices and developing tiny, energy-efficient wearable and mobile computing systems through cross-layer approaches spanning algorithms, architecture, hardware, and system integration. It applies high-performance computing and artificial intelligence methods to smart health monitoring, robotics, autonomous navigation, and related domains, aiming to revolutionize healthcare, transportation, and public utilities.

📋 Description

• Maintain, enhance, and develop admissions systems • Build communications, report data, and manage the Slate CRM system • Facilitate processing of student applications across all channels • Maintain application files and review applicant records and transcripts • Verify requirements and waiver eligibility • Support system workflows and escalate errors and exceptions • Run Slate CRM queries and enter CRM data through report forms and templates • Update SharePoint document libraries • Refresh reporting data and perform quality checks on admissions data, records, and reports • Troubleshoot Slate CRM and other technology systems • Monitor business requirements, identify functionality gaps, suggest enhancements, and assist with new feature development • Support Slate CRM development and usage alongside Systems & Operations leadership • Manage events, forms, queries, reports, communications, materials, portals, and data integrations • Support user experience, access, and development for internal staff, external offices, and prospective students • Create, edit, and run data queries and reports in Slate and Microsoft Excel • Serve as a resource to students, campus representatives, and the public regarding data, materials, and processing • Perform other related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • One year of related experience • Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS diploma/graduation equivalent, subject to the JHU equivalency formula • Proficiency in admissions systems, such as Slate or similar CRM systems • Ability to create and edit formulas and pivot tables in Excel • Experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field preferred • Successful candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check • Applicants completing their final academic semester/quarter may be considered eligible and may need to provide academic completion information
