📋 Description

• Handle Purina product and service orders, inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and fax • Manage assigned customers from order entry through invoicing • Provide direction to cross-functional teams to meet customer fulfillment expectations • Ensure business processes, cost considerations, and quality standards are followed • Identify problems proactively, determine root causes, and drive resolution of customer order fulfillment issues • Make individual decisions and coordinate collaborative decisions for timely resolution • Communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external customers and supply chain partners • Develop and own customer relationships to anticipate needs and proactively provide service • Balance business practice adherence with circumstantial exceptions • Work across multiple systems and understand how information inputs affect systems and business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • 2–4 years of comparable customer service experience • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to work any set schedule between 7:00am and 4:30pm CST • Must be located in MO, IA, MN, WI, or IL • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, including account management, account maintenance, logging calls, building notes and contacts, and managing service requests • Proficient knowledge of JDE E1 and SAP order entry systems • Quiet, uninterrupted work environment • Effective verbal and written communication • Interpersonal effectiveness individually and in teams • Comfortable managing conflict while maintaining integrity and quality of work • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize, plan, and problem solve • Experience in SAP is desirable
