JHU EEHPC is the Energy Efficient High Performance Computing Lab at Johns Hopkins University, led by Tinoosh Mohsenin. 📋 Description

• Implement specific programs within the Journals Division under general supervision and direction • Provide operational and administrative support for daily division-wide operations • Prepare and maintain assigned sales reports for internal and external distribution • Monitor and reconcile associated financial accounts • Compile and provide online usage statistics to journal editors • Serve as primary backup to the Operations Manager for monthly financial reports to society and distribution clients • Generate and distribute division-wide invoices and track payments • Lead annual subscription pricing update processes and maintain accurate data entry • Coordinate departmental schedules, timelines, deadlines, and recurring activities • Provide status updates and reminders to staff and support timely completion and publication of scheduled work • Support marketing materials through proofreading, fact-checking, and production assistance across print and digital channels • Identify and implement process improvements with Journals staff • Document and maintain operational procedures and workflows • Integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and access into the work • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or graduation equivalent • Three years of related experience • Additional education may substitute for required experience under the JHU equivalency formula • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat • Experience with virtual collaboration tools including Teams, Zoom, and Google Sheets • Successful candidates subject to a pre-employment background check
