📋 Description

• Support regional program integration, process improvements, and other PMO projects • Establish cross-functional, end-to-end governance for unified regional integration and oversight • Support real estate and workplace streamlining and consolidation from strategy through implementation • Create written and verbal client communications translating operational updates and data insights • Develop business cases connecting strategy and analytics to recommendations and next steps • Develop and monitor program performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards • Organize and facilitate regional meetings, managing inputs, actions, and follow-ups • Manage regional inputs, stakeholder feedback, data, tracking, tools, and reporting • Perform data visualization, financial modeling and analysis, dashboard creation, and ad hoc reporting • Develop progress-assessment processes and analyze lessons learned and stakeholder feedback • Lead regional integration forums and provide updates and report-outs to leaders and stakeholders • Manage individual workstreams within the integration program with support from the Global Integration Program Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration • 5–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, finance, or related fields • Financial modeling and data analytics skills • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Statistics/research experience • Well-developed verbal, communication, and presentation skills • Highly organized • Client-service mindset • Prior project execution experience • Ability to build credibility and rapport with program sponsors and stakeholders • Ability to apply program governance principles • Ability to support program management and stakeholder engagement solutions • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Visa sponsorship is not provided
