📋 Description

• Research, analyze, and recommend improvements to business and system business processes • Study operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Develop project plans, communicate changes, and provide training to impacted business units as needed • Consult with clients and D&I on program design aligned with technical workflows, process standards, and system capabilities • Understand customer needs and system capabilities or challenges and offer effective platform-aligned solutions • Support Program Operations and Business Analysts in translating functional and technical workflows into CLS • Identify, document, and prioritize business, process, and data requirements • Support Patient Programs service design and CRM documentation of the end-to-end Patient Journey • Ensure program design, business rules, and process flows align with technical workflows and system capabilities • Support data migration, data mapping, and integrations • Provide subject matter expert support for CLS operational reporting and dashboard setup • Assist with technical workflow creation, system integration, data validation, and user acceptance testing • Support Design & Implementation and Client Services teams with CLS solutions from design through hypercare • Support sales activities through CRM demos and RFPs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years of service-related experience in project or operations management, customer service, or training • Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including Nursing, Reimbursement, and PAP experience • Direct experience supporting and liaising between client-facing teams and Technology and operational delivery teams • Power User Salesforce CRM experience • Ability to assist end users with UAT and Hypercare • Salesforce reporting experience, including building dashboards and operational reports • Data mapping and migration experience • Experience working with offshore and near-shore MSPs and contractors • Extensive understanding of operational workflows and CRM for program build and enhancement • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities • Expertise in sales and training presentations for varied-size audiences, intimate groups, and online presentations • Ability to work across Training, TC Script, Business Solutions, Telecom, Data Analytics/Reporting, and IT operations groups • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint • Preferred candidates can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy • Flexibility to travel as needed is preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
