📋 Description

• Set and achieve the vision for field reporting and ad hoc business analytics at Otsuka • Develop roadmaps for future-facing capabilities aligned with evolving data and technology capabilities • Provide Field Leadership with continuous, actionable, data-driven insights aligned with organizational objectives • Lead deep-dive business performance analytics with cross-functional teams • Identify key positive and negative drivers of geography-level performance across therapeutic areas • Develop and establish analytical processes and capabilities for stakeholder needs • Collaborate with Forecasting, Brand Analytics, and Promotional Analytics/Planning teams • Evolve Otsuka’s Customer Facing Analytics & Reporting capability, including reporting UI/UX, requirements gathering, utilization and usage analysis, and report rationalization • Manage, coach, and lead a diverse analytics team and manage vendors • Influence commercial leadership and provide strategic field-performance insights to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across a breadth of commercial functions in the biopharmaceutical industry • 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Excellent oral and written communication skills across multiple functions and levels • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously • Intellectual curiosity and analytical experience to understand, influence, and own team-produced analytical solutions • Proven analytics track record preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical business stakeholders and influence investment in Ipsen’s data ecosystem • Ability to manage a diverse team • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s or PhD preferred • Familiarity with data warehousing and data stewardship principles • Strong analytical skills, quantitative-methods knowledge, and analytical-technique knowledge • Experience in field leadership and commercial operations in the pharmaceutical industry preferred • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt creatively to evolving business needs
