📋 Description

• Performs quality assurance and control of asset data collected across facility and building systems programs • Reviews incoming asset data submissions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to client field requirements and program scope • Validates field-submitted photographs for compliance with client image protocols including required angles, data plate legibility, and resolution standards • Verifies asset classifications against program tagging schemas • Performs pre-upload QA checks on structured data exports to ensure proper formatting and compliance with client database field mappings prior to submission • Supports development and maintenance of QA/QC standard operating procedures and checklists • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in engineering, construction management, information systems, or a related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in data quality, asset management, facilities data collection, or related program operations • Familiarity with commercial building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, point-of-sale) preferred • Prior experience with CMMS platforms and structured data validation workflows a plus
