📋 Description

• Administer Corrigo CMMS platform ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity • Configure system settings, user access, and property/asset hierarchies to meet client specifications • Execute database maintenance protocols and system audits to maintain operational standards • Manage work order scheduling processes and system integrations • Partner with client teams as primary CMMS technical advisor and subject matter expert • Process client data requests efficiently while maintaining accurate time tracking for reimbursable services • Analyze change requests and provide impact assessments to support client decision-making • Deliver system training and knowledge transfer to maximize client platform adoption • Maintain comprehensive database accuracy and perform regular data validation • Develop reporting solutions and analytics that drive performance insights • Support account teams with complex data analysis and system troubleshooting • Implement process improvements based on category knowledge and best practices • Explore innovative solutions within existing system capabilities to address evolving business needs • Document and deploy configuration changes following change management protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Corrigo Platform certification with demonstrated hands-on experience • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including complex formulas and data analysis functions • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
