📋 Description
• Partner directly with Underwriting, Product, Operations, Compliance, Claims, and Technology teams. • Translate underwriting and/or claims guidelines into functional system requirements. • Create user stories, business process flows, and requirement documentation. • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and development teams. • Participate in or lead requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. • Professional experience in the Property & Casualty Homeowners and/or Residential Commercial insurance industry functioning in a Business Analyst capacity. • Proven experience analyzing business problems and developing effective solutions. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources. • Experience working in Agile / Scrum or sprint-based delivery environments.
