• Drive strategic communications, governance excellence, and employee engagement across workstreams supporting a Financial Services client • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans supporting partnership and account goals, change management, and stakeholder engagement • Disseminate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate operational and compliance risks • Provide oversight and develop content for client deliverables, standardized reporting formats, and reporting standards • Refresh and right-size the reporting matrix through routine evaluations • Coordinate with JLL workstream leads to deliver timely, high-quality, transparent reporting • Oversee governance presentations including QBRs, Management Level Governance meetings, and MBRs • Support additional client reporting needs as assigned • Manage the Medallia feedback program and translate client feedback into actionable improvement plans • Track feedback trends and metrics to identify service enhancement and risk mitigation opportunities • Design and execute standardized account-level employee onboarding and orientation programs • Coordinate with workstream leads, hiring managers, and HR on communications and day-one readiness • Measure onboarding effectiveness and new-hire satisfaction and implement improvements • Partner with HR and L&D teams to promote, communicate, and track required and optional training participation • Support rollout of L&D initiatives through targeted communications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field • 7+ years of strategic communications and program management experience in professional services, facilities management, or corporate environments supporting complex client accounts • Demonstrated success developing communication strategies and governance materials, including presentations and reports • Strong attention to detail and visual design principles • Experience managing feedback programs and translating data into actionable improvement initiatives • Strong organizational and project management capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and cross-functional relationships simultaneously • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and build collaborative partnerships • Experience designing and implementing employee onboarding and training programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, presentation software, and communication platforms • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Advanced degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Experience in integrated facilities management or real estate services industry preferred • Familiarity with Medallia or similar customer feedback management platforms preferred • Experience supporting governance frameworks for large-scale client accounts preferred • Background in change management and organizational development preferred • Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT preferred
