📋 Description

• Help clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions • Manage negotiations, approvals, and execution of leases • Serve as a key transactions management liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and reporting • Identify opportunities to streamline delivery to reduce costs, create value, and increase customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong negotiation and advisory skills • Ability to think strategically and act proactively • Proven ability to drive internal team coordination with strong communication and reliable follow-through • Experience working in lease management systems to maintain accurate, current transaction documentation and status updates • Ability to create strong client trust and confidence • Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Management) • Experience with CoStar or other lease management databases • Experience with project management tools and software
