📋 Description

• Own the operating rhythm that keeps the enablement organization aligned and accountable • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) — from narrative and preparation through results tracking • Lead the enablement communications team, partnering closely with Employee Communications • Set the strategy and approach for enablement messaging • Partner with Experience Marketing to ensure enablement content is scoped, developed, and delivered with quality • Manage the LXD function, set quality standards, prioritize the design backlog • Manage the team responsible for the operational execution of enablement programs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in GTM enablement or related operational experience within a B2B SaaS environment • 3+ years managing operational teams with blended resources (e.g., Learning Experience Design, Program Managers, Communications, etc.) • Demonstrated experience leading teams that include a mix of internal employees and external partners • Knowledge of learning design: understands instructional design principles, modalities, and the LXD process • Stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership: builds strong working relationships across functions • Program and project management discipline: strong instincts for structure, timelines, dependencies, and risk • Business and learning analytics literacy: able to interpret program data and survey results • Executive presence and storytelling: able to translate operational detail into a clear narrative for senior leaders
