📋 Description
• Deliver end-to-end strategic sourcing for facility management services across a portfolio of JLL client accounts • Lead a team of sourcing specialists, balancing hands-on execution with capability building and stakeholder management • Develop and execute annual sourcing plans aligned to client objectives, market conditions, and savings targets • Own end-to-end sourcing strategy and execution for assigned client accounts across facility management categories • Establish supplier performance management frameworks including scorecards, KPI tracking, and regular business reviews • Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, providing consultative guidance on procurement best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience • 3-5 years of people management experience and/or account management experience • Bachelor’s Degree, Supply Chain or Procurement preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
