📋 Description

• Drive adoption and integration of AI technologies across JLL’s US Valuation & Advisory business • Ensure technology initiatives, product launches, and AI programs generate measurable business impact • Connect global solutions to the day-to-day realities of US valuation operations • Coordinate with Americas Valuation teams, Operations, and the Global Innovation Team • Champion adoption of a unified technology platform across the US VRA business • Facilitate strategic meetings, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder feedback sessions • Capture business needs, document requirements, and ensure cross-team communication • Support rollout of AI solutions such as Claude across the valuation technology journey • Lead strategic decommissioning of US legacy applications while maintaining operational continuity • Partner with business and operations teams to improve and accelerate ways of working • Partner with innovation teams in other regions to align regional initiatives with global excellence frameworks • Design and lead structured technology adoption programs • Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to measure adoption progress and business value • Represent the VRA business on key US technology governance committees and AI working groups

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in commercial real estate appraisal or valuation • Working knowledge of valuation methodologies, workflows, and deliverables • Proven leadership experience in valuation business, technology adoption, AI integration, or innovation management within real estate, financial services, or professional services industries; valuation business experience is required • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and integration of AI technologies at scale • Strong understanding of valuation processes, data analytics, and digital delivery workflows in commercial real estate • Familiarity with data management platforms and AI/automation tools in professional services environments • Ability to interpret data insights and business intelligence, communicate impact to senior stakeholders, and establish meaningful KPIs • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional collaboration • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Professional credentials such as MAI, MRICS, or state appraisal certification are preferred
