📋 Description
• Drive adoption and integration of AI technologies across JLL’s US Valuation & Advisory business • Ensure technology initiatives, product launches, and AI programmes generate measurable business impact • Represent the VRA business on US technology governance committees and AI working groups • Bridge the global innovation team and the US organisation • Champion adoption of a unified technology platform across the US VRA business • Facilitate strategic meetings, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder feedback sessions • Support rollout of AI solutions such as Claude across the valuation technology journey • Lead strategic decommissioning of US legacy applications while maintaining operational continuity • Partner with business and operations teams to improve ways of working • Align regional innovation initiatives with global excellence frameworks • Design and lead structured technology adoption programmes • Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to measure adoption and business value
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and integration of AI technologies at scale • Proven leadership experience in valuation business, technology adoption, AI integration, or innovation management • Experience within real estate, financial services, or professional services industries • Strong understanding of valuation processes, data analytics, and digital delivery workflows in commercial real estate • Familiarity with data management platforms and AI/automation tools in professional services environments • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value • Ability to interpret data insights and business intelligence • Ability to communicate impact to senior stakeholders and establish meaningful KPIs • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional collaboration • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Visa sponsorship is not provided
