📋 Description

• Develop, test, document, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications • Design and implement geospatial data pipelines, geocoding and matching services, and their interfaces • Build testing, monitoring, and data-quality validation into solutions • Reconcile records across systems with differing identifiers and data models • Apply AI and automation to improve products and development practices • Work with product and business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements • Contribute to shared capabilities and data contracts serving multiple platforms and teams • Lead medium projects with manageable risks and serve as a trusted opinion in the product area • Coach less experienced engineers and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions • Explain difficult concepts and build consensus across platform teams and business stakeholders • Establish property and geospatial data capabilities adopted across enterprise platforms • Ship geocoding and matching capabilities for reuse by other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Geography/GIS, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack expertise • Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript • Backend experience with C# and .NET • GIS data processing, mapping libraries and platforms, spatial databases, and location-based services • Hands-on experience with geocoding frameworks or record matching and deduplication at scale • Experience defining data contracts, identifier mappings, and integration patterns across platforms • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Experience integrating AI capabilities into solutions • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integration • Proficiency with AI coding assistants • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • E2E CI/CD setup and automated testing practices • Ability to work independently on complex problems and build alignment across teams without formal authority • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
