📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large life sciences client. • Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and client to manage expectations and team deliverables. • Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL. • Develop and deliver total supply chain strategy and solutions - including innovative category, sourcing, and vendor strategies. • Own sourcing compliance and controls, including, but not limited to, Contract and COI compliance, RFx/Process Improvements. • Manage 3rd Party Supplier Performance Management Program. • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture within and outside of direct reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience. • Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred. • MBA, a plus • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred. • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer. • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
