📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding for Property and Facility Management services • Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and cost savings goals • Draft, review, and negotiate complex service agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work • Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and client account managers on contract execution and stakeholder alignment • Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain contract databases and documentation systems in compliance with retention policies • Monitor contract compliance and identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, or renegotiation • Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis on industry trends, pricing, and sourcing opportunities • Identify contractual, financial, and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management, preferably within commercial real estate or facility management • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and drafting with strong understanding of legal terms, conditions, and risk management principles • Proven track record of managing complex, high-value contracts and achieving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data, conduct spend analysis, and develop business cases for sourcing decisions • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels • Proficiency in procurement systems, contract management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required) • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Professional certification such as CPSM, CCCM, or equivalent preferred • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with exposure to international sourcing and multi-regional contract management preferred • Knowledge of property and facility management services including hard services and soft services preferred • Familiarity with sustainability and ESG considerations preferred • Experience with category management methodologies and supplier relationship management best practices preferred • Advanced negotiation training or certification preferred
