ā¢ Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth ā¢ Develop comprehensive strategic plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic plans ā¢ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make necessary adjustments to drive results ā¢ Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on business decisions ā¢ Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into strategic plans ā¢ Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate strategic plans and progress ā¢ Mentor and guide junior strategists on the team
šÆ Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ā¢ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic planning role, preferably in a consulting environment ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ā¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills ā¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ā¢ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans ā¢ Knowledge of various industries and market trends ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools ā¢ Ability to travel for client meetings and projects as needed
