📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic engagement plans with KOLs, surgeons, operating room staff, and medical societies in cardiac ablation • Act as a scientific authority in cardiac electrophysiology and provide medical and scientific education • Collaborate with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, and Research & Development • Communicate complex scientific information and provide clinical support during voice-of-customer sessions • Monitor research, publications, and emerging trends in cardiac electrophysiology and appendage closure • Prepare presentation materials and participate in symposia, conferences, and educational programs • Support clinical studies and research initiatives with scientific and technical expertise • Train internal Sales and Marketing teams on scientific messaging • Organize, analyze, and report customer, scientific, and market information for pre-launch and marketed products • Develop educational materials and support programs • Discuss investigator-initiated and collaborative study concepts with clinicians • Bridge Johnson & Johnson and electrophysiology customers through product knowledge, business strategy understanding, and current literature and data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required • Doctoral Degree (PhD, MD, DO etc.) highly preferred • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the biotech/medtech industry is required • Previous experience in cardiovascular medicine is highly desired and will be preferentially considered • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Sciences, or Medical Science Liaison is highly preferred • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular medicine, ideally electrophysiology, is heavily preferred • Insights within interventional cardiology and/or electrophysiology are strongly preferred • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and medical terminology is required • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and other healthcare professionals is required • Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data quickly and accurately is essential • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential • Highly self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to changing priorities and environments • Must have work authorization in the USA • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, are required • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% domestically is required
