📋 Description

• Provide high-level clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers • Perform account development activities to create competent, confident clinical champions and drive utilization of Monarch systems and scopes • Provide in-case procedural support as a technical consultant • Deliver education focused on building competence and confidence among physicians and clinical staff • Identify and act on educational opportunities • Provide exceptional customer service and technically complex case support • Liaise between customers and the corporate office for cases requiring peer review • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of complaints and technical issues • Communicate regularly with peers to support strategic partnerships and account development objectives • Maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products • Deliver fellow and physician education programs • Develop professional education events tailored to each market • Support Johnson & Johnson’s mission to deliver surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare • Ability to work in all departments of the hospital, including the operating room environment • Willingness to travel 50%–75% of the time within the designated territory • Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States • Comfort working autonomously in a field-based clinical support environment • Ability to work extensively in hospital and procedural settings • Commitment to compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPPA, Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines
