📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers focused on accelerating Jobber's Fintech business • Support career development through coaching and feedback • Champion commercial rigor and establish the performance rhythm for the portfolio • Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and associated roadmap
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing • Strong understanding of financial services and payments business models in high-growth SaaS environment • Best-in-class at positioning and messaging • Proven ability to lead, motivate, influence, and navigate complex organizations • Highly analytical with a strong bias to action over analysis paralysis
