⢠Translate national strategy into priorities, initiatives, and implementation plans advancing ACS objectives ⢠Develop high-value partnerships and represent ACS with external organizations, agencies, experts, funders, and stakeholders ⢠Serve as a recognized subject-matter expert, interpret emerging evidence, shape recommendations, and represent ACS externally ⢠Oversee the full program lifecycle from design and implementation through evaluation and continuous improvement ⢠Align internal functions and resources, manage budgets and operations, and ensure programs achieve defined outcomes and organizational requirements ⢠Advance equitable access to high-quality, evidence-based cancer care through scalable strategies, programs, tools, and partnerships ⢠Support sustainable models of high-quality, equitable oncology navigation and integrate navigation into broader organizational priorities
⢠Bachelor's Degree required ⢠RN or PA certificate/license ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in the cancer care delivery space ⢠Minimum 5 years progressive experience with expertise in program development and execution, healthcare delivery, program building, execution, and evaluating impact ⢠Extensive knowledge of patient navigation, oncology care delivery, cancer survivorship, and evidence-based interventions across the care continuum ⢠Demonstrated ability to provide vision and strategic direction for complex, interdependent initiatives with measurable outcomes ⢠Skill in strategic planning and implementing nationwide programs aligned with organizational priorities ⢠Ability to interpret complex research, identify optimal approaches, and translate evidence into actionable strategies ⢠Proven ability to manage and develop diverse staff teams ⢠Ability to cultivate strategic relationships with health systems, clinical organizations, and diverse stakeholder groups ⢠Advanced communication skills to present effectively to varied audiences and represent the organization as a thought leader ⢠Must be able to travel occasionally
