📋 Description

• Lead large-scale MEDITECH implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization engagements • Oversee scope, budget, timeline, quality, and client outcomes • Build trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders • Provide strategic guidance on MEDITECH, healthcare technology transformation, governance, and organizational readiness • Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across multiple workstreams • Provide subject matter expertise on MEDITECH applications, workflows, system integration, implementation methodologies, and operational best practices • Direct, coach, and develop project teams • Partner with client leadership to assess challenges, develop solutions, and drive adoption of technology-enabled improvements • Contribute to sales pursuits, solution development, recruiting, thought leadership, and internal capability-building initiatives • Identify new opportunities, expand client partnerships, and represent Huron as a trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT experience • 5+ years of MEDITECH experience providing MEDITECH consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems • Demonstrated success leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, optimization initiatives, or large-scale healthcare technology transformations • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and developing relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare technology ecosystems • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change • Bachelor's degree required • Current U.S. work authorization required • 75% travel to client sites
