📋 Description

• Provide quality implementations, upgrades, and support for Franciscan Alliance applications • Perform needs assessments and impact analyses • Lead new installations and system optimization • Provide ongoing troubleshooting for Franciscan Alliance applications • Research and provide input regarding system enhancements • Report stakeholder feedback on enhancements under development • Manage small to medium projects according to Franciscan Alliance methodologies • Establish professional development, project, and support goals with management • Provide on-call and after-hours application support • Follow incident, change, and request management practices • Document workflows, standards, and business processes • Collaborate with vendors on application implementation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting • Facilitate business user discussions to identify application functionality and workflow requirements • Assist with creation of training programs • Design, configure, and support applications • Manage projects without PMO oversight • Serve as a system subject matter expert and identify downstream impacts • Research, analyze, and present potential system enhancement needs • Develop and perform application and workflow testing and report results to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • EPIC Certified Cadence or MyChart required • 4 years relevant work experience required, unless promotional criteria can be met • Associate's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred • 5 years relevant work experience preferred • Ability to provide on-call and after-hours support • Travel required never or rarely
