📋 Description
• Development, negotiation and maintenance of contracts and related documents • Identifies opportunities, issues and risks in document development and negotiates with external parties • Maintains contract management process and participates in operational improvement efforts • Coaches, develops and assesses team members to improve performance • Manages contract professionals and acts as a resource in review and preparation of contract documents • Communicates and partners with business units, stakeholders and contracts leaders
