📋 Description

• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on assessment activities • Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, student-centric learning environment • Complete required tasks by deadlines, including final grades, assessments, grading rubrics, and input for grade appeals • Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable • Provide feedback to the course lead regarding course content • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services • Work closely with the Academic Program Director and other faculty to support program quality, student engagement, and student success

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a closely related discipline/field from a regionally accredited university • 3–5 years of work experience in Industrial Organizational Psychology • Preferred: 3–5 years of graduate and/or doctoral higher education teaching experience • Preferred: Experience serving on doctoral dissertation committees • Preferred: Dissertation chair experience • Preferred: Evidence of ongoing scholarly activity, such as peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, or scholarly research • Preferred: Experience mentoring doctoral students • Preferred: Online doctoral teaching experience • Preferred: Experience with qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed-methods research • Cover letter required • Curriculum vita required • Unofficial transcripts of highest degree attained required
