📋 Description

• Support senior Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops. • Produce and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps, and training materials. • Assist with business process mapping to ensure new system developments align with operational workflows. • Assist with project administration by tracking milestones, updating project documentation, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel. • Experience with Visio or PowerPoint would be advantageous. • A basic understanding of how software systems interact, including APIs, databases, or cloud-based systems. • An interest in project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
