📋 Description

• Manage multiple industrial equipment sales projects across different lifecycle stages • Conduct business development and sell pumps and related equipment • Build relationships with process engineers, maintenance, facilities, plant managers, purchasing agents, and other customer stakeholders • Determine how new process equipment can help customers save money and improve quality • Close multimillion-dollar deals • Provide feedback to senior management • Travel 75% throughout the Great Lakes/Midwest region

🎯 Requirements

• Proven record of successful consultative industrial sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation • 3–5 years’ experience working in a mechanical/electrical engineering environment • Proven track record calling on and influencing organizational decision makers in operations, quality, business units, product development, procurement, and engineering • Experience selling to industrial customers and working with fluid movement applications • Experience managing complex contracts and long sales cycles • Specific experience with electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Resume must show products sold and types of customers served
