📋 Description

• Connect with families who have requested information through warm leads • Sell insurance products and close sales • Follow provided scripts, CRM, and sales process • Work leads consistently and maintain sales activity • Participate in live coaching, training, and mentorship • Build and manage a book of business generating renewal income • Progress into leadership and build teams for override income

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. residency required; U.S. residents only • No visa sponsorship available • Life insurance license required • Must be responsive to coaching and guidance • Must follow the provided system and sales process • Must work leads consistently • Must handle rejection without reducing activity • Must have strong work ethic, coachability, and willingness to execute • 1099 independent contractor position • Earnings depend on individual effort, activity, and coachability
