📋 Description

• Demonstrate the value and impact of the Impella® product portfolio to physicians and hospital staff • Advise Interventional Cardiologists and Surgeons on patient selection • Partner on training and attend implants • Improve patient outcomes through education and medical staff interaction, including clinical demos and ongoing training for new and existing accounts • Collect clinically relevant data, complete outcome reviews with customers, and communicate activities with team members and sales counterparts • Develop working knowledge of products and therapies and understand their applications • Provide comprehensive guidance on appropriate use of Impella® devices • Utilize Integrity Selling to drive Impella usage and change the standard of care • Set up 1:1 physician meetings and conversations • Host physician and staff dinner programs • Collaborate with sales counterparts on awareness programs and franchise activities • Take call for emergent patient care • Travel within the territory

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct RN/NP/PA or Reg Tech patient support experience in an ICU, CVICU, Cath Lab, or Cardiovascular OR • 2+ years of commercial sales experience related to cardiovascular products and technologies • Ability to advance the sales process with customers • Ability to work in a team environment • Availability to take call for emergent patient care • Experience delivering demonstrations and successful trainings • Ability to travel 50% within the territory • Conduct duties in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry • Hands-on Impella support experience strongly preferred • Experience as an Abiomed per diem preferred • RN license strongly preferred • ECMO experience • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to advocate with physicians • Experience delivering clinical training
