📋 Description

• Develop and execute Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery professional education strategy and offerings • Manage Professional Education programs, including facilitation, coordination, and management of faculty, learners, facilities, organizations, and vendors • Ensure programs are conducted efficiently, effectively, and compliantly • Use data-based decision-making to develop measurable project plans with objectives, achievements, resource requirements, and results • Manage priorities to maximize efficiency • Lead projects using customer insights and strategy to develop and implement new education offerings • Reinforce key learning concepts throughout the customer learning journey • Optimize education modalities for effective and efficient delivery • Develop plans for additional customer types and procedures • Translate customer insights for business partners • Apply existing and innovative technologies and channels to reach multiple customers • Maintain clinical and disease-state knowledge to build effective and accurate learning solutions • Collaborate with Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Commercial Education teams • Manage content curriculum creation and maintenance, faculty engagement, business-partner coordination and communication, and budgets • Adhere to legal, regulatory, and Company Health Care Compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • MBA or certification in an educational or training-related field/program preferred • 6–8 years of business experience required • Demonstrated experience in healthcare industry sales, marketing, or education, preferably within Medical Device or Technology • Knowledge in key specialties aligned to the role • Faculty interaction/management experience • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies • Instructional design experience, including building curriculum for healthcare providers • Experience designing distance learning • Experience in surgical simulation, tele-mentoring, and innovative training modalities • Administrative skills in budgets, reports, audits, and database management • Ability to translate insights and needs into education solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills • Project execution, management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead multiple tasks/projects simultaneously • Knowledge of anatomy and procedures • Ability to lead web-based meetings and customer-facing events • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the designated territory
