📋 Description

• Serve as a Quality Systems subject matter expert for the MedTech Surgery SAP ERP Management System deployment, Project Transcend 2.0 • Track and report action plan status and completion for Quality workstream project deliverables • Partner with the Deployment Lead and collaborate across the Surgery Franchise to harmonize and integrate optimized Ethicon Quality system processes • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and develop business solutions supporting Transcend global template requirements • Develop training content and user requirements • Perform user acceptance testing and conduct train-the-trainer sessions • Write business processes matching technical requirements • Support cross-functional meetings with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Master Data Management workstreams • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for quality systems and processes • Identify and escalate requirements gaps and communicate business impact and risk • Support and execute Quality deployment activities with the MedTech Surgery Transcend team • Ensure personal and Company compliance with Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent degree required • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Engineering • Strong communication, human relations, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Demonstrated problem-solving and failure-investigation skills • Demonstrated project-management skills and results-driven mindset • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and functions • Ability to build collaboration, partnership, and teamwork across local and global organizations • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence outcomes through collaboration • Demonstrated effectiveness as a team member and team leader • Experience dealing with audits/inspections with the FDA, other notified bodies, or any Health Authority • SAP knowledge preferred, including ability to navigate and utilize SAP systems supporting business and quality processes • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% required
