📋 Description

• Provide high-level clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers • Perform account development activities to create competent, confident clinical champions and drive utilization of Monarch systems and scopes • Provide in-case procedural support as a technical consultant • Educate physicians and clinical staff to build competence, clinical support, and confidence • Identify and act on educational opportunities • Provide exceptional customer service and technically complex case support • Liaise between customers and the corporate office for cases requiring peer review • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of complaints or technical issues • Communicate regularly with peers to support strategic partnerships and account development objectives • Maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products • Deliver fellow and physician education programs • Develop professional education events tailored to each market • Comply with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to work in all hospital departments, including the operating room environment • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare • Travel 50%–75% of the time within the designated territory • Valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States • Ability to maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products • Ability to deliver fellow and physician education programs • Commitment to compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines • Ability to work in a field-based role covering the Western territory, with a focus on Northern California
