📋 Description

• Provide immediate, professional, and courteous customer interaction for all inbound support requests • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of customer issues • Note findings related to suspected system issues and escalate tickets for review • Serve as a product specialist providing consults during customer onboarding • Provide live, online customer training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with computer operating systems and various internet browsers • Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) • Previous software support and/or training experience is a plus • Experience with various medical software platforms is a plus • Healthcare industry-related experience is a plus
