📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for Sales and deal-enablement capabilities • Lead cross-functional teams to simplify and scale Sales workflows, improve seller productivity, accelerate deal progression, and strengthen execution quality • Identify capability gaps, secure stakeholder alignment, and drive delivery • Translate business strategy, seller needs, and operational pain points into product capabilities, release objectives, and backlogs • Own or support pricing and connected deal capabilities, including pricing guidance, commercial rules, approvals, deal preparation, document generation, and workflow orchestration • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, contracting teams, and regional and global stakeholders • Ensure integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, customer and product data, contracting, ERP, analytics, and enterprise services • Provide flexible product leadership across priority Sales capabilities and ambiguous initiatives • Lead initiatives from discovery and business-case development through delivery, stabilization, adoption, and lifecycle management • Drive adoption through user-centered design, playbooks, training, communications, change management, analytics, and dashboards • Define and track adoption, productivity, pricing accuracy, approval cycle time, deal velocity, reliability, reuse, and manual-work reduction outcomes • Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, planning, backlog management, release readiness, adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement • Partner with engineering and architecture to balance value, feasibility, risk, cost, quality, timing, and platform integrity • Manage dependencies across Sales, pricing, contracting, data, integrations, security, privacy, infrastructure, and adjacent capabilities • Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths, acceptance criteria, service expectations, and operational responsibilities • Provide leadership during material delivery or production issues and address root causes • Own budgets, resource plans, forecasts, investment proposals, and financial trade-offs • Lead and develop employees, contractors, and delivery partners • Manage strategic vendors and systems integrators • Build product-management, Sales-domain, adoption, change, delivery, and business-partnership capabilities within the team • Create an inclusive, accountable, outcome-focused culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field • 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in product management, platform management, commercial technology, enterprise applications, sales enablement, or technology delivery • Demonstrated product leadership for enterprise Sales, CRM, pricing, deal management, CPQ, quoting, contracting, workflow, or comparable commercial capabilities • Strong understanding of Sales workflows, seller experience, pricing and approval processes, customer and opportunity management, and connected commercial processes • Experience defining product strategy, outcome-based roadmaps, investment priorities, backlogs, release plans, adoption approaches, and value measures • Experience leading complex or ambiguous portfolios from discovery through delivery and operational ownership • Experience delivering global products across multiple functions, regions, teams, and technology platforms in a regulated or highly controlled environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, integration and API patterns, data platforms, Microsoft 365, and enterprise application ecosystems • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, resource plans, forecasts, suppliers, systems integrators, and delivery commitments • Demonstrated people leadership, including goal setting, coaching, performance management, talent development, and leadership of employees and contractors • Experience with agile product delivery, backlog management, release planning, risk management, change management, service operations, and incident leadership • Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills • Working fluency in AI-enabled product capabilities • Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another regulated industry is preferred • Experience with enterprise pricing, CPQ, quoting, approvals, automated document generation, or contracting platforms is preferred • Experience applying global product governance while enabling controlled regional or business-unit variation is preferred • Experience integrating CRM and Sales platforms with enterprise services is preferred • Experience leading organizational change, product adoption, process simplification, data-quality improvement, and legacy-tool retirement is preferred • Experience managing a diverse portfolio or serving as a flexible product leader is preferred • Experience establishing product operating models, service metrics, controls, and production-support practices is preferred
