📋 Description
• Lead the procurement contact for regional offices partnering with HVAC Controls Sales. • Develop installation cost models for projects. • Manage supplier relationships and subcontractor selections. • Coordinate operational procurement activities ensuring compliance with procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Electrical industry equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree • Experience in building systems or operational processes • 5-8 years as a project manager with estimating experience in the HVAC Controls construction or trades industry • Procurement experience focused on construction and/or HVAC equipment and services with strong financial knowledge. • Works effectively with sales and displays leadership.
